When will I receive my packs?
The packs are sent via a "We transfer" email to the email adress you provide while creating an account.
I send presets packs manually, I always send them as I am notified by email. Sometimes it can takes a few minutes, sometimes some hours. In general, you wont wait more than 8/10 hours to have a pack.
If you have nothing after 12 hours, check your spam box, or send us a message.
Are your Axe fx presets compatible with the FM9 and FM3 ?
My axe fx presets are made with an Axe fx 3 mk1. they are fully compatible with axe fx 3 mk2 and turbo.
Normally they are zero problems with the fm9 , but you need to be sure to always update it to the latest firmware. Sometimes we have the updates before the fm9 ones, so you may wait a little bit.
Concerning the FM3, only the dual amp pack is not compatible. The rest is . Just update your FM3 to the latest firmware everytime.
